Shear type CV 800 H-TQ is for cold shearing of square bars up to 150 mm section.
The unique feature of this shear is the universal adjustment of the hydraulic system from the control panel.
The hydraulic power pack is located at the side of the bar loader.
It is possible to run the line with no operator in attendance.
A cylinder is fitted under the shearing area to obtain 90° precision cut.
This process is fully automatic. It is designated to hold the billet before cutting using the necessary force suitable for the billet section.
Automatic loading system for flat bars. All shears are constructed to automatically cut bars of round, square and flat section from the loading table.
This drawing depicts the principle of the shear, showing the straight cutting device, which does not reduce the power during the stroke of the shear.
