Shear type FRANGAR 130-EP/TQ has 7000 KN cutting force.
A hydraulic straight cutting device ensures high quality with no power reduction during cutting stroke. An electronic weighing system is linked to the electronic length adjustment.
Various Frangar models are available:
FRANGAR...EP-TQ:
vertical mechanical shears operated by electro pneumatic or hydraulic clutches and straight cutting device with no force reduction.
FRANGAR...IDRO EP-TQ:
vertical mechanical shears operated by electro pneumatic or hydraulic clutches at high productivity up to 100 parts/min.
FRANGAR...M-BU:
High precision mechanical shears incorporating "bush" blade principle.
Salient features of a FRANGAR 170-EP/TQ shear electro-pneumatic brake/clutch, electronic lenght measuring gauge, straight cutting device rigidly attached to blade-slide in order not to reduce shearing power and to avoid billet distortion.
Blade cutting action is generated by eccentric shaft and pitman.
For round bars only the "bush" blade system ensures perpendicular cut with minimal billet deformation.
Statistical or continuous weighing system: an electronic weighing cell placed under shear chute verifies the weight of sheared billet and conveys it in a belt elevator to a container. Variations in weight will be compensated automatically by the lenght measuring device.
Combination of various types of shear with automatic loading for round, square and flat sections in lenght range 3-20 m. Bar separation by walking beam system with load capacity up to 100.000 Kg. Roller feeders are offered for sections from 5-250 mm.
